We collect only what the House requires: account details you provide (name, email, and, for members, membership information), order and appointment details, and basic technical data your browser sends.
How we use it
To provide the site, fulfil orders and appointments, manage Blacklist membership, respond to enquiries, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (sign-in, bag, security — always on), and optional analytics and marketing cookies you can accept or decline in the cookie banner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and more. Email info@zkovari.com.

Authenticity & Ownership
Every piece is an original work
Each ZKOVARI is issued as an original work — a wearable sculpture. Every piece is hand-numbered, carries the maker's signature, and is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity naming the piece, its edition, and the date of issue.
Worn or displayed
Ownership is yours to exercise as you wish: a piece may be worn or displayed. On request, a piece may be delivered framed or cased for display. The Certificate accompanies the work and should be retained; it is required to establish provenance on any future transfer.

ZKOVARI makes no representation that any purchase qualifies for a tax deduction, depreciation, exemption, or any other tax or accounting treatment, and nothing on this site is tax, legal, financial, or investment advice. Any tax treatment depends entirely on your own circumstances and jurisdiction. Consult a qualified adviser before relying on any such treatment.
