The Fold Shirt

A fitted women’s shirt cut in certified West Indian Sea Island cotton poplin. Its sculpted collar closes with a jewellery-scale gold House clasp, while a double-layer fly front conceals the mother-of-pearl buttons beneath one uninterrupted line.

The Work

Craftsmanship

The shirt is cut to one body with a shaped waist, balanced darts and hand-felled seams. A separate double-layer cover folds across the front button stand, completely concealing the mother-of-pearl fastenings. The sculpted collar is finished with one solid 18-karat gold Zkovari clasp, released independently before the fly front is opened.

The Story

The Fold Shirt reduces the familiar white shirt to one continuous ivory line. Its construction remains hidden until opened: rare cotton, precise hand-felled seams and a private sequence of gold, cloth and mother-of-pearl.
